He does still want to hear about products and services, but it has to be relevant to his specific lifestyle and on his own terms, via his preferred communication channels. 

At first glance you might think bring back the good old days, but actually once you get a grasp on the fact things have changed, then you’ll be pleased to realize a rosy future  lies ahead.

The good news is you can build a stronger, more intimate RELATIONSHIP with Customer X if you just take a little time to play the game on his terms. 

He doesn’t want to be sold.  He wants to be informed and educated. 

He doesn’t believe marketing hype or pressure tactics ~ he takes note of social proof and recommendations.

The key to successfully opening the door to your business future, and targeting Customer X with marketing like a heat seeking missile, is in building an INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP.
